In 2000, César Romero was part of the production company Ruedo Productions, where he generated SPACE GANG, the first series designed and built entirely in Spain for internet distribution. This series consists of 20 chapters, the last of them with three different endings and all of them were directed by Cesar Romero, who also wrote some of the scripts and supervised the overall development of the series along with his partners, acting between them as executive producers. The series was financed by CANAL + who issued it at the launch of its website PLUS.ES in the last quarter of 2000.

 

 

The Birth of Global Stone Films took place in late 2005 and premiered its history of audiovisual productions with the music video "Maybe", singer Fran Perea, directed by Oscar Aibar with César Romero as executive producer.

In 2010, César Romero was hired to be Line producer of the Barcelona production "TWO DIVINE WOMEN" television series, 12 episodes of 50 min. Led by Pol Mainat and performed by Rosa Maria Sarda and Veronica Forqué it was produced by TVFlash and Gestmusic Endemol for broadcast on TV3 in late 2010.

This is a sitcom that revolves around the life of two crazy friends, Mimi and Piluca, approaching sixty but they live their lives like two teenagers. Mimi, Catalan and republican, and Piluca, Madrid and monarchical, are polar opposites but complement each other perfectly.

It narrates the work of an elite police unit specializing in the location and capture of especially dangerous and sometimes internationally wanted fugitives. The violent or monstrous crimes committed by these fugitives makes this unit’s work critical, as they are very likely to return to violate society if they remain free. So capture becomes a countdown where every minute counts.
