In this 2008 edition, once again Santiago Fisas Ayxela (Counselor of Culture and Sports of The Community of Madrid) headed the delegation. With him was Amado Gimenez, Enrique Cerezo, Ángeles González Sinde, Fernando Méndez-Leite and Jorge Bosso. Pilar Garcia Elegido (Film Advisory Community of Madrid) and Cesar Romero (Global Stone Films) again coordinating the delegation.

Producers, actors and directors who joined us in Buenos Aires on behalf of the films were: Quim Gutiérrez, Raúl Arévalo, Veronica Sanchez, Barbara Lennie, Sonia Almarcha, Fele Martinez, José Manuel Cervino, Maite Blasco, Jaime Chavarri, Jorge Algora, Susana Maceiras, Ana Fernández and Sancho Gracia.

Analia Gade traveled on this occasion to be the godmother of the festival, which was held again in theaters Patio Bullrich between June 26th and July 2nd.
